We will always give you the opportunity to check our work before you make payment using cash or recognised card.

We can even provide a same day solution, especially if you get in touch before midday. In order to get the best possible choice when it comes to making your booking, we'd advise you to get in touch in advance.

Q. Are any of your services guaranteed?

A. Both end of tenancy cleaning and deep cleaning are considered to be professional services, so come with a quality guarantee. Let us know within 48 hours if you think that we missed something, and we'll come back and re-clean those areas completely free of charge.

Q. What's the difference between deep cleaning and spring cleaning? I'm not sure which one to book!

A. It's understandable that you might be a bit confused, because they are on the surface very similar. Both services involve giving the property a thorough clean, but the difference is the areas we would concentrate on. Spring cleaning is more of a general clean all over the property, while deep cleaning is designed with specific areas in mind. Which ever option you go for, we will do as much as we can in the time allowed.

Q. Do you perform any checks on your employees?

A. Trust is a big issue for us as a cleaning service provider, so we do everything possible to put your mind at ease. All employees undergo police checks, and are carefully vetted. You'll be able to recognise our technicians when they knock on your door, by our company uniforms and ID cards. We'll be working in your property, sometimes when you're not present, and your safety and security are our primary concerns.
